WordPress Website Fixes for Defined Problems
A broken form, unstable layout or difficult WordPress edit should not automatically turn into a full rebuild. I diagnose and fix clearly defined WordPress and Elementor problems for service businesses and digital agencies.
You work directly with me from the initial review through testing and handover. I confirm what I can reproduce, explain the proposed scope and separate the fix itself from unrelated improvements before work begins.

When the website is basically right but something specific is not working
This service is suited to a problem that can be described, reproduced and tested, such as a form that does not submit, an Elementor section that breaks on mobile, a template inconsistency, a content-editing problem or a suspected plugin conflict. It can also cover a defined set of small improvements when they can be grouped into one written scope.
If the structure, design and several pages need to change together, a WordPress website redesign is the better fit. If you need a new site rather than a repair, see business website development. Routine updates, monitoring and preventive maintenance belong under a WordPress website care plan.
Defined WordPress fixes start at US$250
The final price depends on the time needed to reproduce the issue, the condition of the website, the number of templates or devices affected and whether third-party themes, plugins, hosting or external services are involved.
For a straightforward problem, I review the information and provide a written scope or estimate before changing the live site. When the cause is uncertain, a paid diagnostic may be required first; that investigation does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved within the minimum engagement.
The price covers only the agreed diagnosis and corrective work. Premium licences, hosting work, third-party support fees, malware cleanup, content entry, redesign work, custom integrations and unrelated issues discovered during testing are separate unless added to the written scope.
Practical help with WordPress and Elementor problems
The exact work is agreed after review, but fix projects commonly fall into the following areas.
Layout and Responsive Issues
I correct agreed spacing, alignment, overflow, breakpoint and template problems that cause pages or components to display incorrectly on common screen sizes.
Forms and Interactive Elements
I troubleshoot defined problems with forms, buttons, menus, pop-ups or other existing interactions when the relevant tools and account access are available.
Elementor and Editing Problems
I investigate broken sections, global-style conflicts, template conditions and editing behaviour that prevent approved content from displaying or updating as expected.
Plugin Conflicts and Performance Issues
I investigate a reproducible conflict or agreed performance problem, then apply the scoped correction when it can be resolved safely within the existing environment.
A defined route from reported issue to tested correction
Straightforward fixes may be completed within one to three business days after access and scope approval. Complex, intermittent or third-party issues can take longer and may require a separate diagnostic stage.
Report the problem
You send the website URL, a clear description, screenshots or recordings, steps to reproduce the issue and any recent changes that may be relevant.
Review and agree the scope
I review the available information and required access, reproduce the issue where possible and confirm the proposed fix, exclusions, estimate and safest working method.
Back up, correct and test
I take or confirm an appropriate backup, apply the agreed correction in staging or on the live site as appropriate, and test the affected area against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Handover and next steps
I explain what changed, note any remaining limitations and complete the agreed handover. If the site needs routine updates and preventive maintenance after the repair, I can recommend the separate WordPress website care plans.
Explain the problem directly to the developer investigating it
NM WebWorks is run by me, Noel Miranda. I bring more than nine years of experience from agency and development teams, including WordPress and Elementor troubleshooting, responsive QA and the careful handover of changes in existing websites.
You can read more about my experience and approach or view selected WordPress work. If you are enquiring on behalf of a digital agency rather than your own service business, see WordPress development for agencies.
Questions about about WordPress website fixes
What information should I send with my enquiry?
Send the website URL, a description of the problem, the page and device affected, screenshots or a short recording, steps to reproduce it and any recent plugin, theme, hosting or content changes. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form; secure access can be arranged after the scope is reviewed.
Can you guarantee that the issue will be fixed?
No responsible developer can guarantee a result before the cause and environment are understood. I will explain what I can reproduce, the proposed approach and any known limitations. Some problems depend on third-party products or hosting providers and may require their support or replacement.
Will you work directly on the live website?
That depends on the issue and hosting setup. I prefer a suitable staging environment for higher-risk changes, but a small live-site correction may be appropriate after a current backup is confirmed. The working method is agreed before changes begin.
Is malware removal included?
No. Security incidents, hacked websites and malware cleanup require a separate security-focused assessment and may involve the host or a specialist provider. Do not share compromised credentials through the public enquiry form.
What happens if you discover other problems?
I will document material issues that fall outside the agreed scope and ask before doing additional work. The original project remains limited to the approved problem and acceptance criteria.
Do you provide fixes for agency websites?
Yes. I can support a digital agency as an independent development partner when the agency provides a clear brief, the necessary access and one point of contact. I do not provide white-label delivery.
Have a WordPress problem you can show me?
Send the website URL, describe what is happening and include the steps, screenshots or recording needed to reproduce it. I will review the details and let you know whether it suits a defined fix, needs a diagnostic stage or points to a broader redesign.
