A WordPress developer shaped by nine years of agency work
I’m Noel Miranda, the developer behind NM WebWorks. After spending most of my career building websites within agency and development teams, I now work directly with digital agencies and service businesses that need reliable WordPress and Elementor support.

I built NM WebWorks around the way I like to work
I started building websites professionally in 2017 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Bacolod.
Most of my career has been spent inside agency and development teams, turning designs and project requirements into responsive, dependable websites. That experience taught me that good development is not only about making a page look right. It also depends on clear communication, careful testing, sensible technical decisions, and being accountable for the finished work.
NM WebWorks gives agencies and service businesses a direct way to work with me. It is an independent development studio, not a large full-service agency. I handle the work myself, keep the scope clear, and only take on projects I can support properly.
I’m based in Bacolod, Philippines, and work remotely with clients worldwide through clear documentation, asynchronous updates, and agreed meeting overlap when it is needed.
That's what I build.
You work directly with the person building your website
There is no account manager passing your brief between departments. I handle the development, communication, testing, and handover, so you always know who is responsible for the work.
Before a project begins, I clarify the scope, deliverables, timeline, and what I need from you. During the build, I share progress clearly and raise questions early. Before launch or handover, I test the website across common screen sizes and check the details that affect day-to-day use.
For agencies, I work as an independent development partner under the NM WebWorks name. Responsibilities, communication, and any client-contact boundaries are agreed before the work begins.
WordPress and Elementor, without unnecessary complexity
Most of my work involves new WordPress builds, website redesigns, Figma-to-Elementor implementation, WooCommerce development, responsive fixes, and ongoing website support. I use established WordPress and Elementor features first, then add custom code only when it solves a clear requirement.
My aim is to leave you with a website that is dependable, understandable, and practical to maintain—not a complicated build that only its developer can manage.
